We use USPS Priority, Flat Rate, or Regional mail based on what is quickest and most economical for your locale. Most orders arrive in 5 days or less from the ship date. Delivery time from the time of purchase may vary due to the fresh roasting of your individual order, as well as packaging and shipping. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will not be roasted and shipped until the following week.

*NOTE: Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday will not be processed until Monday.



Coffee is a perishable product so we are unable to accept returns. We can only offer refunds if you are sent the wrong coffee. 

If you did happen to get the wrong coffee, please let us know and we will send the correct beans. If for some reason you are unhappy with your roast, please let us know and we will assist in guiding you toward a roast that best suits your taste.

What if I purchased at a coffee shop/grocery store/restaurant?
If you are unhappy with a coffee purchased somewhere other than our website or store, first contact the original vendor for a return or exchange. If no resolution is achieved, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect item (excluding coffee). If you need to exchange your purchase, please ship it to 301 S. Main, Colfax, WA 99111 with a note inside clearly indicating the item you are would like to exchange for. We cannot honor sale prices for exchanged items.

Refunds (when applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
