This single-origin decaf coffee comes from a carefully cultivated farm where ripe cherries are hand-picked at peak maturity and processed to preserve their natural sweetness and terroir. The caffeine is removed using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that relies on pure water and osmosis to gently extract caffeine while maintaining the bean’s intrinsic flavor compounds. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup with notes of cocoa, toasted almond, and subtle caramel sweetness wrapped in a fruity body with a shimmering citrus acidity—delivering the character of the farm without the caffeine.

Presents with sweet notes of nectarines, raspberries and oranges complementing a juicy body and bright, citrus acidity.
